Ownership change for Core: Security module (NSS)

Dear all,

It is a pleasure to announce that John Schanck has accepted to step in as the
module owner of Core: Security (NSS) following my move to the Firefox Enterprise team.

John alongside the rest of the crypto engineering team has been a great contributor to NSS over the
past few years and I am eager to see where he will bring this (let’s say ‘complex’ here ;) component next.
