Discontinuing telemetry.main_summary on 2023-10-05

Next week on Thursday, 2023-10-05, I plan to discontinue the telemetry.main_summary table. Please consider using telemetry.clients_daily or telemetry.main instead. If you were using main summary because main had performance issues, expect performance improvements in the near future (https://groups.google.com/a/mozilla.org/g/fx-data-dev/c/pOFifCjNH7c).
