For folks with active WandB Accounts: Optimizing WandB Accounts for usage

Dear ML folks with active Weights and Biases Accounts,

Weights and Biases (wandb) has been a fantastic addition to our suite of tools for experiment evaluation. We're glad to have it, and happy to offer it to machine learning teams here at Mozilla.

By looking at usage data we found that among user requested accounts, some are not currently being used.  We'd like to keep our profile of wandb accounts focused exclusively on engineers who are using the accounts to run and evaluate experiments.

For this reason, moving forward, we'll check account usage statistics on a quarterly basis, and remove Weights and Biases accounts that have not run or evaluated any experiments in the prior quarter. Service accounts will remain active.

We'll do the first of these checks on September 30, 2024, as this is a new procedure, and to leave space for folks who just got started to use their accounts.

Should your account get deactivated and you find you need it in the future, we can get you up and running again within a day!
