Old Legacy Telemetry Measurement Dashboards Decommissioned. Use GLAM instead

Hello!

  We have just pushed the change to telemetry.mozilla.org that removes the venerable Legacy Telemetry Measurement Dashboards (and telemetry.js v2, the telemetry.js wrapper, and the dashboard generator which were all related). We have replaced the landing pages with notices to use GLAM instead, which is now available to satisfy your use cases: https://glam.telemetry.mozilla.org/

  This has long been the plan, but a spate of recent outages of the underlying data system "mozaggregator" (most recently one starting December 5) encouraged us to make this change now.
