Legacy Telemetry "sync" ping decommissioning in Firefox 150 (Feb 23) - use Glean "sync" ping instead

Hello!

After working with the Sync Team to validate the data and migrate existing analyses and dashboards, we will stop submitting the Legacy Telemetry “sync” ping (telemetry.sync) beginning in Firefox 150 (which starts as Nightly on Feb 23, reaching Release on April 21). Any analyses that would use this ping should instead use the Glean “sync” ping (firefox_desktop.sync). If you need any assistance, please drop by #telemetry:mozilla.org[1] or the #glean channel on Slack.

This is part of the ongoing Firefox Instrumentation Consolidation Project by which we have deprecated Legacy Telemetry and are removing it piece by piece. You can help drive those blue lines on Are We Glean Yet?[2] down to zero by removing your Legacy Telemetry instrumentation once it’s no longer in use[3].
