nimbus-devtools 0.5 release

Good afternoon experimenters!

We've got a new version of nimbus-devtools for you today, hot on the heels of 0.4. This includes several bugs reported in 0.4, as well as *auto updating*. Once you update to 0.5, Firefox will take care of keeping the addon up-to-date.
