New Feature: Request AI Code Review Directly from moz-phab

Hello,

We've added AI-powered code review support to moz-phab! You can now request an AI review when submitting a patch by passing the --ai flag:

moz-phab --ai

Review Helper will analyze your patch and post comments with any findings directly on the revision.

If you'd like AI review to be requested automatically for new revisions, you can enable it in your moz-phab config:

submit.ai_review = true

Note that the config option only applies to new revisions; it will not request a review when updating an existing revision with a new diff. To enforce AI review for all submissions regardless, use the --ai flag.

This is opt-in for now, so nothing changes unless you use the flag or update your config. Give it a try and let us know what you think!

Tip: combine it with --wip to get an AI review before requesting a human review; a great way to catch issues early and save your reviewer's time.
