PSA: "mach ide vscode" will now set-up auto-format on save for (x)html files

This morning a change has landed in mozilla-central to automatically set VS Code to auto-format on save for (x)html files.

You can run mach ide vscode to update your existing source directory, or set up a new one.

This follows on from the recent enabling of formatting on production HTML files.
