any success deploying via Group Policy?

Hi,
How does anybody deploy Firefox via Group Policy, when the MSI file from
Mozilla does not support uninstall?
There is no way to upgrade via GPO, and no way to ever get it
uninstalled again. Just install once, and let do it its updates whenever
it feels like it. Really? Does anybody do this?
