Overlapping notice on bookmarks

Hi,

 

since updating to ESR 91 some users get that problem:

 

 

A notice for he user overlap the bookmarks.

 

The problem does not disapear with updating on ESR 91.1.0esr (32-Bit)

 

Has anybody else that problem?

I ran into this with the non-ESR 92.0 - a restart fixed it.

We have some bugs on this, but no consistent recreation scenario:
