Does the “MoreFromMozilla” policy apply to ESR 91.7 or 91.8, or only 98? If the latter, I assume there’s no harm adding it now for the next major ESR?

Note: While these templates will work for Firefox ESR 78, they contain new policies that are not in Firefox ESR 78. If you need to manage Firefox ESR 78, you should use v2.12

UserMessaging - Adds a policy for controlling the "More from Mozilla" section in preferences.
