Problems with thebay.com website

I'm having problems with clients going to thebay.com - the site loads normally, and the first one to three times one uses the top menu, it works, then the Firefox RAM and CPU usage spikes, and the page stops responding.  Using Windows 10 and Firefox 107, 108 and 109. If anyone could try it and let me know if it's working for them, that would be great.
