Problems with Firefox 128 and Outlook web

Since we upgraded from Firefox 115 ESR to Firefox 128 ESR many users are calling because they are having problems printing mails. After the user prints some mail, Outlook/Firefox gets frozen, and they have to close the Outlook tab and open a new one.

I can reproduce it in my PC, with Windows 11 and Firefox 128.4 ESR. It didn't happen two weeks ago with Firefox 115 ESR.

It happens with the policy UseSystemPrintDialog to true. If I set it to false it doesn't happen.

But if we set UseSystemPrintDialog to false we have two problems:
- Very slow response of the print dialog (bug already reported by other users in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1508575)
- Errors printing with thermal printer (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1836028)

I created a new bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1929811
Could someone help us to prioritize these bugs? We are at a dead end if we want to use Firefox.

Hi, this sounds like https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1898184 which we've backported for the 128.5esr release due to ship in a couple weeks. The fix is already on the Beta channel if you wanted to verify that things work better with those builds. I will also likely backport it to the Release channel for the upcoming 132.0.2 dot release due to ship next week.
