Problem in FF or an issue on website?

I have a client who uses the site:
www.assomption.ca
It will work for a bit, and then give the error:
Web Page Blocked!
The page cannot be displayed. Please contact the administrator for additional information.
URL: services.assomption.ca/assomption_ebusiness/login/login/subm_verifylogin2.cfm
Client IP: 24.XXX.XXX.16
Attack ID: 20000026
Message ID: 000009491525
If they refresh, they get the error:
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to www.assomption.ca. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR
Error code: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
Once this error starts, every computer in their network gets the PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR. If they wait about 10 minutes, it works for awhile again.
I suspect it is seeing their usage as an attack and is blocking their IP, but I wanted to see if I'm right.

You are right. Contact them, explain them the situation and provide the Client IP, Attack ID and Message ID and they should be able to find the exact cause.
