Export from Thunderbird

It’s been a while since I’ve posted here.  Is Thunderbird an acceptable topic here, or is there another group?  I’ll ask my question just in case.

 

We import MBOX files into Thunderbird.  Is there a native way to then export only specific folders or exporting individual messages to CSV, or is that where third-party extensions come in?
