So this specific option is actually required to get more than a single
instance of Firefox running at the same time on your system. As such to
not interfere with a normal Firefox instance on a users machine
geckodriver always sets this argument by default when starting Firefox.
As such is there a reason why you are asking this question? Is that not
the case for you? If there is a problem please create a Trace log [1],
and share it with us so that we can have a look.
