WebDriver conformance (WebDriver BiDi, Marionette) changes in Firefox 129

Firefox 129 has just been released, containing updates for our WebDriver (BiDi, Marionette) support.

It's important to note that this is the first release where CDP is disabled by default. You can find more details about this change at https://fxdx.dev/deprecating-cdp-support-in-firefox-embracing-the-future-with-webdriver-bidi/.

In this release, we have a lot of new features for WebDriver BiDi, including:

- a new command to disable the network cache

- support for returning mocked responses via network.provideResponse

- support for requests using data URLs

- better support and bug fixes around beforeunload prompts
