geckodriver 0.32.1 released

Today we released geckodriver 0.32.1 with the following fix:

When using the boolean capability moz:debuggerAddress with a value of `true`
the site-isolation feature in Firefox will no longer accidentally be
turned off.
This behavior affected all users of WebDriver clients especially
Selenium, which
set this capability by default, and caused Firefox on desktop systems to be
launched in an unsupported mode.
