geckodriver 0.32.0 released

Hi all,

Today we released geckodriver 0.32.0 which contains a couple of bug
fixes and new features including support for `wheel` input source and
`touch` as pointer type for actions.

Also we now release native aarch64 builds of geckodriver for Linux and
Windows.
