geckodriver 0.37.1 released

Today we released geckodriver 0.37.1, a bug fix release including the
following fixes and changes:

* Fixed a regression in geckodriver 0.37.0 that could cause Firefox for
Android to exit immediately on startup on non-rooted Android devices.

* Browser UI testing for Firefox now requires the geckodriver
`--allow-system-access` command-line argument. Setting the Firefox
`--remote-allow-system-access` command-line argument via
`moz:firefoxOptions` is no longer supported.
