All,

To provide the "Full CRL Issued By This CA" for root certificate records, you will need to do the following in the CCADB.

1) Create an Add/Update Root Request

2) Go to the "ROOT INFORMATION" tab

3) Add/Select Root Certificates

4) Fill in all of the required fields -- Root store members of the CCADB are now collecting and saving additional information on the root certificate records. So you do need to fill this information for each root certificate, and it will be copied over to the root cert records, so it will be easier next time you create an "Add/Update Root Request".

5) Click on "Submit to Root Store"
Then one of the root store members of the CCADB will review and process your request, resulting in the data getting copied over to the root cert records.

Thanks,
Kathleen
