SwissSign: Change of Company Structure

This message is to inform the CA/B community of an upcoming change of the company structure of SwissSign AG which is planned to take place in May 2022.

SwissSign AG is part of a down-stream merger with "SwissSign Group AG" and is therefore incorporating its parent company. This results that the Swiss Postal Service ‘Post Communication Services’ is now the direct parent company of SwissSign AG as they own SwissSign Group AG.

There is no operational change or any change to our public documents (TSPS, CPS …). Everything stays the same such as operational personnel & procedures, locations, auditors, or roots.

As preparation to this message I have been in contact with Ben Wilson and we concluded that a public discussion of the 'change in ownership' is not needed.
