CCADB Update: New CA Task Lists

All,

The Task Lists on CA home pages in the CCADB have been revamped. The new task list reports will always be visible, even when there are no entries in the report. There is a description of the filter logic at the top of each report.

The reports are:

• Open Cases
• Root Certificates with Outdated Audit Statements
• Intermediate Certificates with Outdated Audit Statements
• Intermediate Certificates with Missing Information
• Intermediate Certificates with Failed ALV Results
• Intermediate Certificates with missing Full CRL
• Contacts who may be obsolete

The number of records in each report are listed alongside each report title. Click on the “>” at the beginning of each title to view the report.

Please let me know if you run into any problems with your CA's task list reports.

If you do not agree with the settings that one of the root store operators has for your CA's records in the CCADB, then please contact the appropriate root store operator -- those email addresses are also listed on your CCADB home page.
