Public discussion of the Microsec e-Szigno TLS Root CA 2023 root [1] occurred from November 7, 2025 [2], to December 23, 2025 [3].

Information about the Mozilla root inclusion process may be found here [4] and here [5].  

This is Mozilla's notice of intent to approve Microsec's root inclusion requests, and it begins a 7-day “last call” period for any final objections, which will end next Monday, on January 12, 2026.
