MRSP 3.1: Draft CA Communication and Survey

All,

I have prepared a draft CA communication and survey to send to CA operators that are either included in, or applying for inclusion in, the Mozilla Root Store. The purpose of this communication is to ensure awareness of, and readiness for, the upcoming changes in MRSP version 3.1, and to gather structured feedback on implementation considerations.

Before sending it, I would appreciate review and feedback from this community to help ensure clarity, completeness, and whether it effectively assesses understanding, readiness, and feasibility.
