This email introduces a minor change to the Mozilla Root Store Policy (MRSP).

This is Github Issue #198.

It adds these two sentences to MRSP section 1.2: "This policy will be updated periodically in accordance with the [Process for Updating the Root Store Policy]. CAs MUST adhere to the current version of this policy."
