Firefox 98 is on central now, and Weave version is now 1.100.0

I wanted to make people more aware that we are crossing our first v100 milestone.  Versions should work just fine, but in case there are issues with Firefox Sync when you update nightly later today or tomorrow, this would be the place to look.

And you can guess, Firefox will cross this threshold in 2 more months :)
