Announcing MozillaBuild 4.1 Release

MozillaBuild 4.1 contains some bug fixes, updates to bundled dependencies, and makes the default terminal MinTTY.

Notes:

• Bug 1869957: The bundled Python has been upgraded to 3.11.7.
  
• Bug 1831552: The bundled nsinstall.exe is now version 4.35-1.
  
• Bug 1803269: Using EXTERNAL_TO_MOZILLABUILD_SSH_DIR to set an external SSH now works if the path contains a space.
• Bug 1800171: Resolved an issue with hg output when using certain Windows system locales.
  
• Bug 1869958: MinTTY is now the default terminal when launching MozillaBuild. If you must, you can disable MinTTY by setting USE_MINTTY=0 in your environment variables (not recommended).
• Various changes/fixes to packaging MozillaBuild itself.
