Intent to ship: Gradient rendering in different color interpolation methods

Soon after 4 March 2024 I intend to turn gradient rendering in different interpolation methods on by default on all platforms. It has been developed behind the "layout.css.gradient-color-interpolation-method.enabled" preference.

This rendering is already enabled by all other major browser engines.
