FWIW, I filed https://github.com/WICG/scheduling-apis/issues/52 to
figure out where this API can be properly standardized. For
prototyping this is fine, but we generally don't want to ship WICG
things.

And https://github.com/mozilla/standards-positions/issues/546 is the
standards-positions thread (seems like it'll conclude as worth
prototyping).
