Intent to ship: Declarative ShadowDOM

As of today (January 17, 2024) I intend to turn Declarative ShadowDOM on by default on all platforms. It has been developed behind the dom.webcomponents.shadowdom.declarative.enabled preference. Status in other browsers is already shipping, for both Blink and Webkit.
