fyi: Symbols server outage scheduled for november 3rd

Hi!

We're planning a service outage for the Mozilla Symbols Server (https://symbols.mozilla.org/) and Mozilla Symbolication Servers on Thursday, November 3rd at 6pm UTC.

During the outage, we're going to be doing a database migration. Both sites won't work correctly during the outage. Hopefully, the outage takes a few hours or less.
