Summary: The proposal aims to allow a simplified way to handle lifetimes of resources (such as memory, I/O etc.) and allowing for explicitly handling how those resources are released on completion of utility.

I filed https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1902966 for DevTools, as any changes to the language syntax requires some updates on our side.
