PSA: --push-to-lando will become the default behaviour of mach try

Hey folks,

In the next few days, once I land D225163, the behaviour of the mach try command will be updated to make the --push-to-lando flag the default. This change significantly reduces the time mach try spends submitting changes. If you prefer to push directly to the try server, you can use the new --push-to-vcs flag or set the corresponding environment variable.
