Users can block third-party modules on Windows in Firefox 110

Hello,

Firefox 110 has a new ability for users to block third-party modules from being injected into Firefox processes. This is available on Windows, and blocking is done from the about:third-party page. We are hoping this will let users resolve some kinds of crashes on their own by blocking offending modules.

Please file bugs blocking bug 1744362 if you have any issues.
