Summary:
  Scroll to Text Fragments allows users to create links to arbitrary sections of a web page by adding a text fragment with the defined syntax `#:~:text=[prefix-]start[,end][,-suffix]`.

Hi y’all,

The feature has been enabled on Nightly since the beginning of August, and has been enabled on all channels as of now.

Note that this — for now — only includes scrolling and highlighting text when opening a link with text fragment, not creating a link that contains a text fragment. This will follow a bit later :-)
