PSA: -moz-toolbar-prefers-color-scheme is gone

If you hack on the Firefox / Thunderbird front-end, then you might be
aware of the -moz-toolbar-prefers-color-scheme media query, which
accounts for the current theme's toolbar color to decide whether to
match light or dark.
As of today (bug 1529323 and bug 1736038, on autoland right now) this
media query is gone and you can just use the standard
prefers-color-scheme (which will do the right thing for chrome documents).
