Copy Paste in web whatsapp

Good evening.

I usually use the web version of WhatsApp.  Now, I am not able to copy and paste into that web anything.  Neither text nor images.

I am using Windows 11 and Firefox 117.0b9 (64-bit)


For example, I write something in a notepad.  Selected, CTRL+C, then CTRL+V but nothing happens.


It will work (the paste) in any other place though if I try.



Any ideas?

WhatsApp has acknowledged the bug is on their end and says that a fix will be rolling out on Monday.
