Thread Safety Macros Renaming

Hi all,
In Bug 1761040 we renamed the macros defined in mfbt/ThreadSafety.h to
add a MOZ_ prefix. This was needed to prevent some collisions with the
same names used by external code (ie. android like sysroots). Note that
this kind of prefixing is already present in the tree
(https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/gfx/skia/skia/include/private/SkThreadAnnotations.h).
My apologies to people that will have to update their patches accordingly.
