Hello developers,

this Thursday Dec 19 from 1:30-5:30 UTC, a significant number of the rented macOS testing machines will be unavailable due to network infrastructure upgrades and testing will be delayed. For this reason, Mozilla's production trees which use will be closed, e.g. autoland, mozilla-central, mozilla-beta, mozilla-release.

How this can impact you

  • Pushes to Try: The push will be created as usual but many macOS tasks will be delayed for hours until the machines are processing test tasks again and test tasks for production trees have been processed, even if requested later (default behavior).
  • Pushes to autoland/landing code: Requests to land Phabricator revisions can be submitted in Lando but the pushes will be created after the macOS machines become available again and provide test coverage.
