crash signatures may change due to unloaded modules

Hi!

I did a Socorro prod deploy just now that pushed the changes for bug #1746630 (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1746630) to production. This includes some changes for better handling of unloaded modules:

1. changed the Crash Stats report view to include unloaded module information

For example, see frame 0 in the stack in https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/report/index/edcb4dbc-5516-4b15-9464-26adc0221001 .

2. changed signature generation to look at unloaded modules when generating the signature

For example, I just reprocessed edcb4dbc-5516-4b15-9464-26adc0221001 and the signature changed:

old: [@ QueryDnsForFamily ]

new: [@ (unloaded PrxDrvPE64.dll@0x5387) | QueryDnsForFamily ]

3. create-a-bug links on the Bugzilla tab of the Crash Stats report view for a crash report have been updated to include unloaded module information
