Intent to ship: Screen Wake Lock API

As of Firefox 124, I intend to turn Screen Wake Lock API on by default. It has been developed behind the dom.screenwakelock.enabled preference. Status in other browsers is: Shipped in Chrome 84, Safari 16.4
