We've had field-sizing behind a flag for a while now with the majority of work done by an external contributor, Luke Warlow. Textareas where the missing piece, but thanks to Emilio these now also support field-sizing:content.

Therefore I get the pleasure of turning this flag on by default (https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D298072). It will ride the trains for an anticipated 152 release. As usual, if we spot anything untoward, we'll roll the flag back.
