[firefox-android] Changes to networking starting in Nightly 124

Hello all,

With the new nightly cut today, we are currently landing two patches by jackyzy823, our top contributor!

Bug 1850006 - No longer uses conservative mode for web content (as recommended by Necko)

Bug 1839067 - Closes network input streams when no longer needed in multiple features

If you see any issues related to networking in 124 during the nightly period, please be aware to check if there are any relations to these patches.
