intent to ship: switch crash report type default for top crashers report to "crash"

In bug 1667997, we added a `report_type` field to the processed crash schema that specified what kind of crash report it was: crash or hang. That's been in production on Crash Stats for a month now and we've accumulated enough data that changing the default on the Top Crashers report won't be surprising.

Bug 1844174 covers changing the default for the crash report type filter in the Top Crashers report from "all" to "crash".

For example, Firefox 116.0.3 Top Crashers report today defaults to "all" crash reports:

You see a mix of crash reports and shutdown hangs.

After I ship this change, the Firefox 116.0.3 Top Crashers report will default to "crash" crash reports and look like this by default:

I'm hoping to land the changes this week and you'll see them in production next week.
