to MoneySwell Insiders
Hi folks!

We're going to get better about posting updates to this forum. Also, we've renamed it from "MoneySwell Early Adopters" to "MoneySwell Insiders" to better reflect our stage of growth.

Want to Make Some Money? If you have a referal for a business that signs up for a bulk sale, we have a structure in place to provide you with a referall bonus! Email ry...@moneyswell.com and we can discuss details.

As always, we welcome your feedback in this forum! Here's a short and incomplete summary of the changes you may have noticed in the platform and on our website in recent months. And if you read to the end, you'll see our special announcement!

Product Enhancements
  • Help Videos! In the app and on our YouTube Channel you'll notice we have a number of new videos. These videos include overviews for our major tools (Action Plans, Budget Planner, and Retirement Planner) as well as more detailed breakdowns ("Playlists" if viewing in YouTube) of each of the tabs for both Budget Planner and Retirement Planner. We also have a "Getting Started with MoneySwell" video to help people get up to speed with each of the tools in our product.

These help videos should make our tool that much more clear and help users understand the finer points of how the product works.

  • Promo Video: We have an 80 second promo video that's great for sharing with friends, family, and co-workers who want a quick overview of what MoneySwell has to offer.
  • Security Messaging: Some users expressed a desire to see more security messaging when adding linked accounts through Plaid. We've done that on the main Assets & Liabilities page and in the pop-up.

  • New "Empty State" for Action Plan: Some users thought the "0% boxes" at the top of the page were confusing when they first get started. So, just like the other Dashboard widgets, we now have a true "empty state" for the Action Plan section.
