Hi,

As you all know, the event will be in the Centennial room at the Pomeroy, and will consist of an open house in the afternoon, followed by dinner at 6PM. Unfortunately, shortly after 4PM, we will all need to vacate the Centennial while they set up for dinner. For those who live in Olds, or for those who came in from far enough away that they have hotel rooms, this is not a problem - but those who drove in for the day will need to find a place to go for an hour or so.

One possibility is the 'Just Jacks' restaurant and lounge, also located in the Pomeroy. It will be open during this time, and I am assured you will be welcome (although they would probably appreciate it if you order something to drink. Just don't order any food - it will spoil your dinner!).
