Costs and Donations

Hi,

There has been some controversy regarding my request for donations. This is entirely my fault and I apologize.

The event and the meal are free. It will be a cash bar, so guests will be expected to pay for alcoholic drinks themselves, but that is the only part of the event guests are expected to pay for.

A donation is not mandatory. I realize some guests will have already paid a great deal just to get there (flights, hotel room, etc). Affordability is an issue for many of us. But if you feel you can help offset the cost of the event, your assistance will be very welcome.

If you still have concerns, please let me know.
