Hi,

The big day is only three weeks away now, and I am reaching out to ask everyone to make sure they have RSVP'd if they plan on attending. In fact, please RSVP even if you are not planning to attend, just to let me know, that still helps me to plan ahead.

RSVP's are important for a couple of reasons:

1. Because the form requires you to list not only yourself, but everyone you are bringing with you, it gives me a more accurate count of how many people are coming - this is critical so that the caterers make enough food for everyone, but I don't overpay for people who will not be there.
2. The form also requires everyone to list any food allergies or dietary requirements they have - again, this is critical information for me to relay to the caterers.

If you have already RSVP'd, but circumstances have changed (you are bringing more or fewer people, or you now find you cannot come at all), please submit the form again with the updated information.

If you are not sure if you RSVP'd or not, go ahead and submit it again - I can sort it out!

Thank you very much for the invitation.
I am sorry to say however that we won't be able to attend since we have plans to be in BC at the time &
we have a grandchild due then too.
