Phone Interview: The first family to respond to an email alert will be contacted for a phone interview to discuss the suitability of the space and any specific requirements your child might have.
Please note: We do not leave voicemails. If we cannot reach you, we will move to the next email in the queue.
Registration Fee: If we offer you the spot and you accept, you will need to secure it by paying a non-refundable registration fee ranging from $100 to $300, depending on the program. This fee must be paid via eTransfer.
Registration Information: After you have paid the registration fee, you will be required to submit registration information within 3 days to process your enrollment.
Enrollment Confirmation: Payment of the registration fee and submission of requested registration information finalizes your child’s enrollment. The space is fully guaranteed once the childcare contracts are signed.
Important Notes:
Email Alert Notifications: If you do not hear from us, it means no spaces have opened. We encourage you to stay active and prompt in responding to alerts.
Space Filling Notifications: We do not notify all applicants when a space has been filled after it is accepted by a client.

Financial Details:
Registration Fee: be prepared to eTransfer the registration fee immediately upon being offered the spot. This fee is distinct from childcare fees and is not applicable to them.
Infant & Toddler Program: $300
Preschool Age Program: $200
School Age Program: $100
eTransfer Instructions: Do NOT eTransfer until you receive the official offer for a spot.
Monthly Childcare Fees: The first month’s childcare fees are due on the start date.
